   • Port congestion, demurrage, or detention fees

   • Changes in fuel surcharges or shipping line adjustments

   • Regulatory changes, security fees, or last-minute carrier surcharges

   • Force majeure events (e.g., weather delays, strikes, geopolitical disruptions)

2. Buyer’s Responsibility: The buyer is solely responsible for all costs related to the procurement, shipping, and delivery of goods, including any unforeseen charges incurred during transit. Failure to settle these fees may result in shipment delays, storage penalties, or forfeiture of goods.

3. No Liability for Delays or Additional Costs: Our company acts as an intermediary in arranging shipments and does not assume liability for delays, unforeseen expenses, or third-party service provider fees. All shipping timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed.

4. Clearance & Compliance: The buyer is responsible for ensuring all goods comply with destination country regulations. Any fines, seizures, or rejections by customs authorities are the buyer’s sole responsibility.
